Dr. Roshan Melvani is a dual fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon in the High Desert area of Southern California. He specializes in treatments of the shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee. He completed his residency training at Medstar Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, MD - also rotating at The Johns Hopkins Hospital for Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery and R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center for Orthopaedic Traumatology. After his residency training, he completed an adult hip and knee reconstruction fellowship at Anderson Orthopaedic Clinic in Northern Virginia where he focused on anterior hip replacement, unicompartmental/total knee replacement, and revision lower extremity arthroplasty. He then completed an additional fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery specializing in arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and shoulder reconstruction including rotator cuff repair, shoulder stabilization, total/reverse shoulder replacement, revision shoulder arthroplasty, and elbow surgery.
